Terms of Use

You can browse and order from the site without creating an account. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to scrape, republish, or redistribute its imagery or editorial copy as your own, attempt to interfere with checkout, or use the site in any way that could damage it or impair anyone else's experience of it.

All site imagery, editorial copy, the mode vocabulary (athlete, creator, thinker, leader), and the OWNWARD name and marks are owned by OWNWARD. Capsule designs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial wear only.

Each release is a capsule — once a drop closes, its items are no longer available. We reserve the right to refuse orders or limit quantities per capsule, including to keep a drop true to its numbered size. Prices are listed in USD; applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and billed at checkout by us.

Payments are processed on a Stripe-hosted checkout page through Polsia's built-in Stripe Connect. Your card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles payment on its hosted page, and the charge happens when you complete checkout.

The services and products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by US law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify OWNWARD against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you have a concern, please email us first at ownward-2@polsia.app so we can try to resolve it informally before any formal action.

We may update these terms. The effective date below marks the current version; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
