• Anything you email to ownward-2@polsia.app — kept as long as we need to reply.
• Order data returned to us by Stripe after a successful checkout: your name, email, shipping address, items purchased, total amount, and Stripe's payment-intent and checkout-session IDs so we can reconcile the payment.
• Anonymized product analytics events via PolsiaAnalytics (the platform's built-in beacon) — page views and click-through on drops. No third-party tracker is loaded.

Your card number, CVC, and full bank details. Payment runs on Stripe's hosted checkout page through Polsia's built-in Stripe Connect. We receive only what we need to ship your order and reconcile the payment.

A single theme preference so the site remembers your light or dark choice. No advertising cookies. You can clear it by clearing site data in your browser.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

Order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes (in the US, typically 7 years). Marketing-list contacts — anyone who emails us opting in — are kept until you ask to be removed.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing ownward-2@polsia.app. We respond within 30 days.

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
